Turan Corporation has completed thousands of transactions with satisfied counterparties around the world.

If a potential counterparty, who is likely to enter into a transaction with Turan, wishes to receive a reference from a Turan client the following procedure is to be observed so as to maintain client confidentiality:

(1) the potential client seeking a reference will give Turan Corporation a statement which authorizes the revelation of the potential client's name to Turan clients,

(2) Turan Corporation will approach clients it believes would be willing to provide a reference with a request for the client's permission to divulge the name of the client to the named potential client, and

(3) in the event a client is willing to act as a reference, Turan will give the client's name and contact information to the potential client, who will take the initiative to call for the reference.
